The Chinese-Canadian Photographic Society of Toronto (CCPST) offers activities for membership to participate. These activities may involve risk or danger that could result in loss or damage of personal property, personal injury or even death. By joining CCPST as a member, I
1) am fully aware of this risk and danger,
2) accept sole personal responsibility for my personal property and personal safety and any consequences resulting from my participation in CCPST activities,
3) agree not to hold CCPST and any of its members responsible for any loss, injury and liability as a result of my participation in club activities,
4) have read and understand the terms of this waiver.
By joining The Chinese Canadian Photographic Society of Toronto I acknowledge and agree to the terms of this liability waiver and accept sole personal responsibility as stated in the waiver.
